Our Master Jeweller, Alastair became interested in jewellery as a boy in Africa. He and his wife Valerie came to Australia in 1965. He honed his skills as a jeweller for eleven years with a leading Queensland jeweller. In 1978 he started his own business in Corinda, In 2001 the family moved to Forest Lake, and Forest Lake Jewellers came to be. In 2013 his daughter Kristi was welcomed into the business. Kristi has always been interested in jewellery and has shown great ability both on the workbench and in design.
